The Legend at Bergamont pool will be using the American Red Cross swimming lesson sequence. Lessons are designed for swimmers of all ages to feel comfortable in the water and more importantly SAFE in and around any pool or aquatic setting.
Each level includes training in basic water safety, helping others in emergencies, as well as stroke development and refinement.
